Lactose Free Gluten Free*
Now, I love a good souvlaki, growing up in Melbourne....a good souva was a delicacy. Try this with my homemade flat bread.
Juice of one medium lemon.
Throw in some dried oregano. This is one of the main ingredients so don't be scared.
Add garlic mince, I put a teaspoon in.
Add some mint. I only had fresh mint to begin with and added about a tablespoon of cut leaves. Now mint can be a bit overpowering so if you don't like it,leave it out.
Tzatziki dip. (For lactose intolerant people, drizzle with lime/lemon juice)

tzatziki on theirs. I drizzle with fresh lime juice. (If lime is not in season as they're really expensive when they aren't. Use bottled lime juice, although bottled usually contains sulphites)
This recipe goes well with my flatbread recipe.
*Alternative for gluten intolerant people, use lettuce leaves. Cut the stem off an iceberg lettuce and carefully peel lettuce in cup shapes. Place in cold water for 10 minutes to crisp them up :)
