1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon Mirin
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon corn flour
½ teaspoon gluten free soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Mexican chilli powder
½ teaspoon fish sauce *optional
- Place all marinate ingredients in a bowl and mix well with pork mince. Cover, overnight in the fridge . Leave stand for 10 minutes before cooking. Now if you're in a rush for time, just cook them as is. The flavour won't be as strong :)
- Mix in egg.
- Cook on a BBQ or grill until cooked through or,
- Heat a fry pan with oil, use spoon to scoop out the meat and flatten a little on the pan. You can also make meatballs and cook them in the same way. Pan fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Note: Time of cooking depends on how thick the pork burgers you're making.
- Serve with a salad/stir fry veggies or dress the burger by placing inside a gluten free bun or bread and add fried egg, slice of canned beetroot, salad greens, carrot, sliced cucumber, sliced tomato and some tomato sauce. Basically make you're own burger the way you like. :)
