Lactose, Gluten, Nut and Soy Free
Chilli powder (I use Mexican chilli)
Olive oil for baking
- Reheat oven on 200 degrees Celsius
- Place vegetables into a large bowl or ziploc bag and liberally sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds. (I urge you to be creative and try different variations of herbs depending on what you like). Drizzle with sesame oil. Mix to coat.
- Place vegetables on a tray lined with baking paper. The trick is to get them in one layer with space between each piece. They tend to not crisp up when they are clumped together. Cook for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with your favourite main meal.
