Lactose and Gluten Free
- fresh salmon fillet(1 per person)
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade/salmo. Try my homemade marmalade recipe. Only 2 ingredients.
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Place the salmon fillet, skin side down, on a large sheet of baking paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and coat generously with orange marmalade. Close the packet.
- Place the packet on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. Serve.
