Lactose and Gluten Free
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 teaspoons of store bought minced garlic
1 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced or 1/2 teaspoon of store bought minced ginger
1/2 425 gram can of corn
1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (optional)
Pepper to taste
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Add mince and onion with garlic in the sesame oil. (if using store bought minced garlic add once you put in the liquids). Cook until mince is brown and the onions softened.
- Drain most of the fat and add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, pepper and red peppers. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavours.
- Serve over rice
