Lactose and Gluten Free
- Light brown sugar: 1 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of molasses.
- Dark brown sugar: 1 cup of sugar and 4 tablespoons of molasses
Blend the sugar and molasses together until it becomes clumpy. Scrape the sides of the bowl down. Should take 1-2 minutes.
Mix sugar and molasses together on medium high until it becomes clumpy. Should take 5-8 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator or a cool, dark place in a plastic bag with all of the air squeezed out.
