Gluten, Lactose, Nut, Soy, Egg and Corn Free
- 1 slightly under-ripened banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Olive oil or whatever oil you find suitable.
- Place a little olive oil in a frypan over medium heat. Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Whisk honey and 1 tablespoon of water together.
- Remove pan from heat and pour the honey mixture over the banana.
- Allow bananas to cool and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
