½ cup frozen or fresh mango chunks. If using frozen, thaw.
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch (small) curry powder
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Pinch of chilli flakes or red pepper flakes.
Pinch of cracked pepper (Optional)
- Add all ingredients into food processor bowl, process until completely combined. Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for a couple of days.
